What Decade Are You?

According to {this quiz} I should have lived in the 40's, which is funny as one of the questions was "how would you send your Husband a note... a, letter, email, telegram (or something like that).  I chose email...

To check I did a different {test}...

I thought I would more likely come out as 1980's.

Take the tests.... which decade are you and which decade did you think you would be?

Silly bit of fun...

(in more important news, the nights will be getting lighter from tonight/tomorrow morning.  Solstice.  I like that.  It is too dark and dingy, we need more light.  Also it has been strange weather of 15 oC. What is with that?)

Be kind.

Attempted both tests, Sol, but soon found they were too specifically female-directed - the first with almost 3 times as many questions, being the more exasperating and thus almost virtually for me to complete. Struggled through the second, but with some creative thinking the answer I got was the same as yours.

As for weather, yes, it's a bit freakish (and worrying?) isn't it? But I'd far sooner have this than our usual seasonals. I look at it as being - well, that's one potentially horrible month over with. Only a couple more to go.

Hey Tewshooz, you got the 50's? I wonder what you said that I didnt and vice versa... Have a great day.

The first test I had the 50's. With the second one I got the 40's.
Must be my love of Jazz and cigarettes (blushes).

Hi Ray, 1940's it is then. Although I super appreciate the books by Nella Last, I really think that I would have been more depressed than her. Can you imagine, life without curry? I couldnt cope. Yes! Solstice, thank goodness. Looking forward to some blue sky and warmth. apprently we are in for a hot summer. if the weather persists like this, we will have blossom and then frosts that will kill them off. this year all the trees were laden with fruits and berries. next year maybe not. I have bulbs up in the garden? they shouldnt be. Have a great day Ray!

Hi ya Patricia. my nan said that smoking was the only good thing about the war. made you not want food!

Hey PP, sorry you couldnt take the test. Maybe you can only do it if your in the UK?

The weather here is crazy, yesterday 14 oC the day before 11. Today, a whooping 8 oC. Raining like crazy, windy as you like and it is making the rain sideways. lol

i took the test and surprisingly got the 80's....which is really strange unless they mean the 1880's!!!! but some of the answers were weird and didn't really give you a lot of choice.

as for Solstice - we have been high-fiving each other since we got up saying "shortest day of they year babe - woohoo! we will gleefully stare up at the moon tonight from the hottub and say our thanks!

sending love! your friend,
kymber
