It was a deep memory of seeing something like that when in Tunisia and Morocco and was told it there.
That is one lovely hand-shaped door knocker. But isn’t it hand-shaped door knocker symbolizes the hand of Fatima? And some people believe that it is used as a sort of protection from evil.
