Have you seen these FREE SEEDS?

Picture from Google
The {Woodland Trust} is giving away {free seeds}, for you to plant and help raise the tree coverage of the UK.  Did you know we have the lowest tree coverage in the whole of Europe?  Not good is it? And now the talk of building on green field sites, its even more important.  Planting trees, not only lowers pollution, it also helps with flooding.

If you dont have a garden large enough for some trees, if you have children, how about asking their school if they could plant some of the trees?

Ive completed the form, lets see what arrives!

Thanks, Sol. I'll give it a go, it would be a lovely project to work on with my grandchildren.

Brilliant!
Thank you for the tip off
I've ordered ready for our move, we planned on planting up nearly half an acre of trees so this will help

Hey Elaine, they are all native trees. I really like the idea of quite a few rowan trees to help the birds in winter.

Hey Sue, excellent. They used to do grants for you to plant native trees if you had enough acreage. Good luck I cant wait to read about it!

Thanks for the link.

I've ordered some for planting on our old homestead. You can never have too many trees can you, and we are just about to start managing our woodland properly this year so these will come in very handy.

Hey Sue, at my parents old house the neighbours took down all of their trees and in 2 years the garden which was terraced, fell into the patio and side of the house. Trees are great for soil retention also, especially when you live on a hill.

Hi Sol. They say you plant a tree for your grandchildren to enjoy.
