Haha Ray, it is on the bin. And I cant get the picture the right way up. I allowed the computer to update itself and now no picture is the right way up unless it is landscape.

Hi ya, Kymber. We had a great time. I dont take a camera with me as I would either lose it and also I feel you kind of lose the moment. Gosh it was good. I think they may have been the last one I go to. But never say never. I gave my tambourine to a little kid. The bells had fallen off of his rattle. He looked so pleased, shaking the heck out of it.

Ray I thought with this being a film connection that you would get it?

Sorry Kymber yes they are marigolds.

Hey Susie that made me laugh.

Sol - i am glad that you had such a good time! and glad that the little guy got your tambourine!

A film connection, eh? Well, being the ignoramus that I am, I wouldn't have known what flowers they were until I'd been told. So, now that I know would it have some connection with a certain accommodation establishment in the far east. Or is that guess only second best?

Hey Kymber I love it when there is such a good vibe and everyone is there just to be happy.

Ray, it is from the film ET

Raybeard said...

ET? Now I'm totally lost - but don't bother to explain. Haven't seen that film since it came out in 1982 and which, at the time, I dismissed as sentimental hogwash, though I know it's almost universally well-regarded and considered one of Spielberg's very best. However, haven't changed my mind and even the memory of it makes me wince.
So - I gather that you must be a fan?

Sol said...

Hey Ray, not really a 'fan'. More that the flowers reminded me of it.

Like Raybeard I didn't get the Elliot thing until I read the comments. I'm not quick on the uptake.

Did you really go to Stonehenge and do the Wiccan thing? That's really interesting, I hope you do a big post on it. Sorry I haven't been by as much, things are hectic here. I thought you were my age but you must be a good bit younger to be dancing at the solstice.

Raybeard said...

Okay then, Sol. But if you had been a fan it wouldn't have meant us 'falling out' over it. :-)

Hey Harry, I am not a Wiccan, I have just been to stonehenge for years with my friend. like people go to Woodstock. I am nearly 37, if that helps but age doesnt really matter to me. If I want to go out with my Nieces I dont let it bother me that I am probably the oldest in the room! lol

Ray, I prefer, batteries not included or even better from that era - Close encounters of the third kind. now we are talking.

Im quite partial to Lost Boys and footloose. Not into over the top violent stuff. I watched Dark Skies the other night. gave me the colly wobbles after. lol
