Hey Susie, years ago over here TV programmes stopped at a certain time of night. The National Anthem played and then this picture came up. Some times with a high pitch whistle to wake you up if you had fallen asleep, or music. I dont know who the girl is in the picture. Sorry
I'm old enough to remember it on most of the day as well :)
