My heart is in my throat, we have made a sealed bid on a house. We will find out Thursday after 12 noon.
Fingers crossed from everyone please.
After months of looking for a forever home we are hoping this might be it. No land. But some nearby.

Thanks everyone. The estate agents are being greedy and we know through the village grape vine that we offered pretty much what the vendor wanted. as there was quite a lot of interest they have gone to a closing date with sealed bids.
After all the house moved and houses we have bought and sold the stress of this is stupid. we have been gazumped twice by people who want to keep horses.
We are being very careful to look at villages that have life and arent just weekend/holiday homes of the richer people escaping the cities. we are looking for a home. so lets hope this is it. Else I am giving up and I will find us a rental property this weekend
