Yes, Bath. I love tourists actually. I have lived in many towns without them, and despite everyone's moaning we would miss them a lot.
I love Bath Tom. I love the streets, I love the colour of the stone, I love all the back roads. I love the Georgian windows. I could go on for hours
I love those hanging lights!
Bath is on a very long list of British, or even just English, cities which I've never visited (Chester is another) - and from what I've seen elsewhere it's always looked very attractive, which your photos confirm. But the really BIG additional reason I now want to go is to make friends with that dog with its doleful look.
I was going to ask if you spied tom......?With a pint in his hand
hey Susie, the lights are pretty. just enough...Ray, I have a huge list of places to see. I would love a caravan and to tour about, or even a small motor homeJohn, lol I didn't go into any pubs, my friend treated me to lunch at the real pizza company (I think that was its name). I bruschetta, I don't each dairy very much and certainly not cheese as it all hates me. I think she remembered this half way through the meal and said she would pay. I didn't want to mention it as we were having a really nice time. I didn't want to be rude...
